Terms and Conditions

EventExclusive is operated by Sargas IT GmbH, Zielackerstrasse 28, 8304 Wallisellen, Switzerland, Canton of Zurich. These terms apply to all use of the platform by visitors, registered users and venue operators.

They apply in particular to the creation of user accounts, the publication and moderation of venue listings, inquiries sent via the platform and the booking of paid listing packages.

EventExclusive is a digital platform for the presentation of event venues. The platform operator itself does not become a contractual party to agreements concluded between venue operators and interested parties or customers.

The platform may review listings before publication, edit formatting, reject content, temporarily disable listings or remove content if legal, quality or operational reasons require this.

There is no entitlement to publication of a listing. Publication requires successful moderation approval by EventExclusive.

The operator may classify listings into categories, make editorial adjustments to layout, shorten texts for technical reasons and determine the order of presentation on the website.

All paid packages are concluded for a fixed term of one year. The specific scope of services is determined by the package selected at the time of purchase and the package information displayed on the platform.

Unless cancelled in due time, a paid package may continue for a further annual term according to the package conditions active at the time of renewal.

Payments are made online by accepted credit card or other card-based payment methods offered during checkout. Payment processing may be handled through an integrated payment service provider.

Invoices are generally not issued. Electronic payment confirmations and transaction records remain reserved. Mandatory statutory documentation obligations remain unaffected.

Cancellation of a paid package must be sent by email to office@eventexclusive.com no later than one month before the end of the current package term.

If cancellation is not received in time, the package may continue for the next annual term according to the applicable package conditions.

EventExclusive aims to provide a reliable platform operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

The operator may develop the platform further, change functions, adapt packages or discontinue parts of the service if justified by technical, legal or commercial reasons.

Users remain solely responsible for their uploaded content, listing data, images, documents and communications with prospective customers.

To the extent permitted by law, EventExclusive excludes liability for third-party content, temporary outages, indirect damages, lost profit, failed business opportunities and damages resulting from misuse of the platform or external links. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains reserved.

All rights to the platform, its design, structure, software and operator-created content remain with EventExclusive or the respective rights holders.

By uploading content, users confirm that they are entitled to use it on the platform and grant the operator the rights required to store, process, display and technically reproduce that content for the purpose of platform operation and promotion of the listing.

The processing of personal data is governed by the separate privacy policy published on EventExclusive.

These terms are governed by substantive Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory statutory provisions remain reserved.

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Sargas IT GmbH in the Canton of Zurich.
